Doing my research on ADHD because of my son. (He’s Autistic and I see signs of ADHD.) I realize I may have it as well. I’m 45 and trying to find my way to diagnosis as an adult.

Got my ADHD diagnosis at 30 and it changed my life. In therapy now to undo all the damage I did to myself thinking I was just a lazy piece of shit for years, and medicating has made things SO much easier
